Atlanta’s longest running all vinyl, 45RPM, no laptop needed dance party.

Over the last seven years since the launch of this event I have set out to expand the dance communities knowledge and appreciation for the music that has laid the foundation for todays popular music.

By collecting music that spans over 40 years I hope to create a community of dancer, listeners, lovers and aficionados that can call Kickin Up Dust and their musical expectations are met monthly with a curated mix of dance floor treats that are sure to inspire all artists on all levels.

Kickin Up Dust is an open format dance party.

We play rare grooves, 80s boogie, classic rock, soul, classic hip hop, funk, disco, house classics, breaks & that other genre that you just thought of, LOL.
