In support of my brother @iamros #Globalinitiative To all my DJ brethren across the globe: We NEED you next Friday for International #ScratchOutHungerDay. It’s a DJ-driven, global effort to provide food to homeless shelters, food banks, transitional living centers, etc around the world on Friday, May 13th, 2016. We are asking the DJ community as a whole to stand together to help out fellow citizens in need….collectively. I am appealing to you personally not from a position of vanity or anythibg close: I have been involved in similar efforts for 15 years…quietly. This time, I’d love to have you join me to really make some noise & truly make a difference. Budgets & resources for those on the front lines of the global fight against hunger are challenged. We are needed. If you are a DJ, know a DJ, love a DJ, support DJs, or just want to lend a hand, please repost this flyer & message. In the #EU they don’t do #CincoDeMayo to tuff. Today is nationally recognized as #FathersDay #HolidayOffWork in #Germany & let me tell you they gets it in! This was the scene today along the river in #Düsseldorf #Salsa #Dancing #Outdoors #Wepa (we should follow this example. Germany got this one totally right) – Fathers group up and kick it all day drinking beer and chilling out.
